3-oz, natural full-grained Italian vegetable-tanned, BUTTERO cowhide leather journal and notebook cover in A5 portrait format. Zero-waste design in classic duo-tone colour.  The cover is fully saddle-stitched by hand - a time-honoured method in leather crafting, which ensure decades of use.  It comes with a pen holder which fits most drawing pens and mechanical pencils. 

Natural leather grain pattern, unique to each hide, can be seen on the cover and will acquire a beautiful natural satin lustre over time.

Cover fits selected brands of perfect-bound and saddle-stitched spine soft cover A5 plain journals, notebooks and sketchbooks including Clairefontaine, Strathmore and Muji.
